		<content type="html">Age 41.  BW 200 @6'.  Goal of 190 BW and just to get "in shape."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight used = 65lbs. on all movements.  Can't yet do a muscle up yet, so I just did a knee up hold on the rings for the 2 reps.</content>

		<content type="html">Coach, to answer your question from yesterday, I train at home.  I have managed to accumulate and build enough equipment over the years, that it's pretty well equipped.  I liked the programming for today.  Scaled it and it still took 20:52, but had fun.  Thanks.</content>

		<content type="html">Coach, thanks again for your response to my email.  I did your Oly WOD today.  I scaled it back on weight and did assisted pullups.  It took me 25 minutes, but I did "get it done."  Yes, I'm out of shape, but I'm in better shape today than I was yesterday.  So, keep it coming.  Thanks again.</content>
