CrossFit Kids




We are proud to say that our very own Coaches Autumn and Bryan are CrossFit Kids certified! Here at CrossFit Chesapeake, we believe it is never too early to get kids interested and involved in fitness. Our goal is to provide your child with the necessary CrossFit skills to build their confidence and encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Our Crossfit Kids program is broken up into sessions.  We have 8-week sessions in the Fall and Spring, and a 6-week session during the summer.  Children from ages 5-7 and 8-11 will find these sessions to be fun and challenging!  Please check back for more information on our Summer 2018 program!
