Young athlete Strength and Conditioning Program
CrossFit Chesapeake’s Young Athlete Strength and Conditioning Program is an excellent and rare opportunity to access a quality strength and conditioning program for young athletes in the Hampton Roads area. With this program, athletes are given the tools to build a solid foundation of strength and conditioning through fundamental movements and intelligent program design.

Each athlete will work through a customized program that will work towards building a solid foundation of movement quality and strength, improving weak areas, reducing the risk of injury, and improving performance at sport and life.
Knowledge & Experience:
Proper nutrition is critical for young athletes to perform at their best on and off the field and to set the tone for a lifetime of success. CrossFit Chesapeake believes in a well-rounded diet that emphasizes whole foods, lots of vegetables and clean protein.
Group Atmosphere and Low Coach-to-Athlete Ratio:
CrossFit Chesapeake fosters a supportive and motivating group atmosphere that is family friendly. Our program features a low athlete-to-coach ratio that enables us to provide the necessary feedback needed to develop excellent movement patterns at such a critical age.
Crossfit Chesapeake is proud to offer a Sports Conditioning Program. Our coaches will use knowledge of the sport along with their skills in Crossfit to create a program that will build strength, endurance and skill. Each 8 or 12 week session meets twice a week, for one hour each class.
8-week session (2 Sessions/week)
10-15 players- $95/player
16-20 players- $85/player
12– week session (2 Sessions/week)
10-15 players- $125/player
16-20 players- $115/player
