Seriously, though, we have SO MUCH going on in the next couple weeks and especially through October that I wanted to put it all in one place for you. I know it’s hard to keep track of it all (I have TWO calendars I operate off of, so I get it!). So save the above picture, mark ALL your calendars, and plan to be there for all our events!

First up is our Bulletproof your Back event with Onward Physical Therapy on Saturday, September 30th, at 10am. Onward PT will be at CFC to help us improve our mechanics and mobility for pain free and strong movement! I know I could use all the help and pointers, so I’m definitely looking forward to it. It’s absolutely free, both for CFC members and non-members alike. So come in and check them out and learn how to Bulletproof your Back!

Next is our first ever Fall Spooky Classic to benefit Love Remained Ministries and their Hope Project. Learn more about Love Remained and all the amazing things they are doing in our community here. Our Fall Spooky Classic is a 3-week Intra-gym competition, very similar to the CrossFit Open. We have teams set up, where one team will emerge victorious after the 3 weeks. Plus, we will have Rx and Scaled Male and Female winners!

If you want to sign up to be entered into the competition for the Grand Prizes, click here. Sign up by September 20th to get a shirt too. All money raised goes directly to Love Remained Ministries.

The first night of our Fall Spooky Classic is October 13th. We will be running Friday Night Lights, complete with team themes, food trucks, raffles and prizes, and BYOB. Make sure to sign up and join us for some fun! And yes, even if you aren’t a CFC member, you can still participate. Simply click above and join us. Help us support an amazing organization and family, have some fun, and meet some amazing people along the way!

We’ll be hosting the competition Friday, October 13th and 20th, and end with our 3rd Anniversary Halloween Bash on October 27th. Dress in your favorite/best Halloween costume, come support Love Remained, get a good workout in, and have an amazing time!

We are also having our last Bring a Friend week of 2023 the week of October 23-27! Yes – invite ALL your friends and family to join you all week long, for absolutely FREE! HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least seven (7) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
