We don’t like to think about it, but it’s true: we never really know how much time we have. None of us are promised tomorrow. And while that reality can feel sobering… it can also be incredibly motivating.
Not in a panic-driven way. Not in a hurry up and do everything before the clock runs out kind of way.
But in a live awake kind of way.
A take care of the body God gave you kind of way.
A don’t wait to know Him, trust Him, or walk with Him kind of way.
Every single day is a gift. A breath, a heartbeat, another chance. And if we’re honest, most of us live like we’ll get endless do-overs. We put off caring for our health. We put off nurturing our faith. We put off the conversations, the changes, the choices we know we should make “someday.”
But someday isn’t guaranteed.
And that truth is not meant to scare us — it’s meant to wake us up.
It’s meant to remind us that the body you have right now is worth investing in today. Not when life slows down. Not when you “feel ready.” Today.
It’s meant to remind us that God isn’t waiting for perfect timing or perfect people. He’s waiting for willing hearts. For open hands. For the simple, honest “Lord, I want to know You more.”
Living with urgency isn’t about fear. It’s about intention.
It’s choosing to take that walk. Choosing to nourish your body. Choosing to show up for your workout. Choosing to forgive. Choosing to pray. Choosing to step into the life God is inviting you into — before the moment passes.
If today is a gift… then steward it like one.
If this breath is a blessing… then use it well.
If this moment is all you’re promised… then live it with purpose.
Not rushed. Not frantic.
Just awake. Present. Grateful.
And committed to taking care of your body and your soul — right now, while you can.
We’ll see you in the gym!
Have a great week!
