There’s something special about walking into the gym and knowing you’re not doing it alone.
This week, we’re kicking off our first Bring a Friend Week of 2026, and honestly—it’s one of our favorite weeks of the year. Not because of numbers or sign-ups, but because it gives people a chance to experience what this place is really about.
Yes, we lift weights. Yes, we sweat. But what keeps people coming back is the community.
Our classes are coach-led, which means you’re never left guessing what to do or wondering if you’re “doing it right.” Every workout is guided, explained, and scaled—whether you’re brand new to fitness or you’ve been training for years. Beginners are welcomed and supported. Experienced athletes are challenged and encouraged. Everyone belongs in the room.
Bring a Friend Week is exactly what it sounds like: an open invitation to come see what a class feels like. To move your body, laugh a little, maybe surprise yourself, and walk out feeling better than when you walked in. No pressure. No expectations. Just showing up.
You’ll find accountability here—not the shame-based kind, but the kind that comes from people noticing when you’re there and cheering when you finish. You’ll find coaches who care about how you move and how you’re doing, not just how fast you finish a workout. And you’ll find a group of people who are choosing to do hard things together, one day at a time.
