Nothing changes if nothing changes.

It’s been about 2 weeks since I’ve had my epiphany about my “food addiction.” Since then, I’ve been on a tirade of productivity. 

I feel like we’ve been kind of in a rut.  We work so hard and still feel like we are spinning wheels and can’t get ahead. I mean we are ok and way better off than a lot of people, but we have high standards and huge dreams and goals. 

Well, we aren’t going to get to them if we don’t make changes. My mind is always going a mile a minute. Much like Whitney, it’s always going and sometimes hard to shut off. 

Start a YouTube. Ok, so I started a YouTube. What do I focus on? Vlog, fitness, business, how to, gear, podcast. Man there’s a lot of ways to go. 

Our goals are to help as many people as possible. What’s the next right answer to focus on? 

Well, I want to know from guys. What do you think? What do you guys want to see? Either way, we will continue to put out content on our various channels and such. 

If you guys let me know what you would be interested in, it would give us some direction in what our peeps like and want to know. We want to be as transparent and open as possible.
