As we close out 2022, it would be remiss of us if we didn’t say a huge THANK YOU to our community – our coaches, our members, our supporters – for an amazing year! We have had an amazing year thanks to YOU ALL! And we certainly wouldn’t have such an amazing gym without all of you!

We’ve had so much happen in 2022, from our new massage therapist Sharon starting in January to our pull-up/muscle up clinic to Stretch Lab coming out and showing us just how important it is to mobilize and stretch! We had our first Member Appreciation Week, which was SO MUCH FUN for us to spoil you all! We’re already looking forward to our 2023 one!

Our Bring a Friend weeks were a huge success, Memorial Day Murph was one for the books, and we had a blast with our WOD & Whiskey, Wine & WOD, and Muscles & Margaritas events.

We even had our ups and downs with our Endurance program – first it was here, then it was gone, then it was back again. Whew. We could hardly keep up with it! But now it’s back Sunday mornings, so don’t miss out! They’re awesome workouts with a great crew and programmed by our very own Coach Scott! You may even find him here joining in on the workouts!

We also want to thank everyone who brought in an ornament for our Members’ Christmas tree in the lobby. It was fun to see the new ornaments being added and seeing what you all love or made you think of CFC. We’re excited to build on this new tradition each year.

Thank you again for an amazing 2022. Nick and I can’t wait to start 2023 with both of us being here full time and truly transforming CFC – new upgrades, new equipment, and maybe even some new programs.

Stick with us because it’s going to be a heckuva ride!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least seven (7) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
