As we close the chapter on our 6-week Summer Shred nutrition and lifestyle challenge, we’re walking away with much more than new recipes and meal prep hacks—we’re leaving with stronger habits, clearer minds, healthier bodies, and most importantly, a deeper connection to each other.
When we kicked this off, we knew it would be about more than just food. It was about creating a reset—not just in what we eat, but how we think, how we move, how we rest, and how we show up for ourselves and for each other. And wow, did you show up.
From early-morning workouts fueled by whole foods, to evening check-ins and shared wins in the weekly group calls, you all brought energy, honesty, and heart. You leaned into the uncomfortable parts, you supported each other when it got hard, and you celebrated every step of progress along the way.
