We just wrapped up our six-week New Year, New You Nutrition Challenge, and while there was weight lost and inches gone, that’s honestly not what stood out most to me.

What stood out were the habits.

These results came from different people. Different ages. Different goals. Different starting points. But their takeaways sounded incredibly similar — and that’s what caught my attention.

Yes, 10 pounds and inches were lost. Blood pressure readings became steady and even started going down. Clothes fit better. Energy improved.

But what really changed were the daily rhythms.

Drinking water first thing in the morning instead of reaching for a phone.

Learning to sit down and eat slowly instead of rushing.

Drinking two Stanley cups of water a day — and then a little more.

Sleeping better.

Choosing whole, nourishing foods in a way that actually felt sustainable.

Setting a new goal to increase daily steps instead of looking for the next extreme plan.

No one talked about a quick fix.

In fact, one of the biggest reflections shared was this: if you want to make a change, it takes hard work and dedication. It’s not fast. It’s not flashy. And it’s definitely not instant.

And that’s exactly the point.

We’re so used to living in a world that promises rapid transformation. But what we saw over these six weeks was something better — consistency. Small wins stacking up. One good decision building on another.

That’s how 10 pounds are lost. That’s how blood pressure improves. That’s how confidence grows.

Not from intensity for a week, but from commitment over time.

As a coach, this is why I care so much about nutrition. Not because of the scale, but because of what happens beneath it. When someone realizes they can nourish their body with wholesome food, build better habits, and stay consistent — that’s powerful.

And the best part? This doesn’t end here.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least seven (7) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
