Actions speak louder than words. 

You can say you’re going to do XYZ, but if you don’t follow through or your actions don’t align with what you say, people aren’t going to believe you. And they aren’t going to believe you the next time you say something either. 

Nick and I have fallen into that trap with a few things at the gym. We’ve said a lot of things we want to do, but life has continuously gotten in the way. It’s not an excuse at all, but it’s something that has happened and I… we aim to change. 

We don’t want to be those people. At all. And if you’ve been on the receiving end of that and we haven’t followed through, we apologize for that! That is one of the big things we aim to change in 2025! 

We’ve had a huge change in perspective this year with a lot of things. The gym, our home life, coaching, leadership, everything. And we are looking at 2025 as a year of new beginnings and growth. A year of following through with what we say we’re going to do. 

It’s not always going to be easy and there will most likely be growing pains, but we’re excited for what the future holds. We’re excited to finally put into action the things we’ve been talking about. 

If you know us, if you know what we’re planning, hold us accountable. Call us out if we don’t follow through. We need help, just like y’all.
