Our Fall Spooky Classic has officially come to a close — three weeks of sweat, strategy, and surprises. Whether you competed in the Rx division, scaled, or just cheered from the sidelines, we saw an incredible display of grit, community, and heart.
But for many, this competition also brought some hard moments. Missed lifts. No-reps. Movements that felt just out of reach. That’s the beauty and the challenge of testing yourself — it reveals where your strengths shine and where you still have room to grow.
And here’s the thing: you get to decide what you take from it.
You can focus on the frustration — on what you couldn’t do — or you can see it for what it really is: feedback. A chance to learn. A clear path forward. Every rep you struggled with showed you where to build. Every challenge revealed an opportunity to rise.
Competitions aren’t just about who wins; they’re about who learns. Growth doesn’t happen in the comfort zone — it happens in the moments that stretch you, humble you, and remind you that you’re capable of more than you realized.
So hold your head high. Celebrate your effort. Take note of what challenged you most, and let that fuel your training in the weeks ahead. Because the next time you step onto that competition floor, you’ll be stronger — not just in body, but in mindset.
This is what progress looks like. One rep, one lesson, one challenge at a time.

And To Our Fall Spooky Classic Crew:
Thank you for showing up with heart. For giving your best, for cheering on others, and for reminding us what makes this community so special. Every workout, every challenge, every shared high-five is a reflection of who we are — people who don’t quit when things get hard, but grow through them.
We’re so proud of the effort you gave and the lessons you learned along the way. Whether you stood on the podium or simply stood back up after a tough workout, you embodied the spirit of what we’re all about — perseverance, encouragement, and grace in the process.
And as we keep growing — as athletes and as people — let’s remember that every challenge has purpose. God uses even the smallest moments to build our strength, shape our hearts, and remind us that we’re never doing this alone.
Here’s to continuing the work, together — lifting each other up, chasing growth, and celebrating the journey, one rep at a time.
And one last thing — CONGRATULATIONS to our Spooky Classic winners Kenny Wright – men’s RX, Tyler Collins – men’s scaled, Elene Newhook – women’s Rx, and Sasi Tripp – women’s scaled. Great job!!
We’ll see you in the gym!
Have a great week!
